Every image is checked by a person before it’s printed. Your card is charged when you order. If we can’t print your image well, we’ll email you and refund you in full. Your file is kept private and deleted 90 days after upload.

Custom prints are final sale. Check your words or image before you add them: they print as the preview shows. Faults and printing errors reported within 30 days of delivery are replaced.
Printed in 2–4 days, then shipped. Slower than stocked gear, so order apparel about a week earlier if it's travelling with a bundle.
The honest version
- Nothing sits in a warehouse. Each piece is printed after you order, which is why it takes a few days longer.
- Your words, a logo or a photo — not a template. Words: two lines of up to 18 characters. A logo or photo: a PNG or JPEG up to 10 MB, checked by a person before it’s printed. Tees print center chest, left chest or right chest; hoodies and crewnecks print center chest.
- Same price as our ready-made prints. Tee $32.99, hoodie $49.99, crewneck $41.99.
- Custom prints are final sale. Nobody else can wear your inside joke. Faults and printing errors reported within 30 days of delivery are replaced — see returns. The one exception: if we can’t print your logo or photo well, we email you and refund you in full.
