They keep your audience’s trust and ours. Breaking them can end your membership. The full wording is in the program terms.

Always discloseSay it’s an ad in every post that earns you money or features gear we gave you: use #ad or #affiliate, or #gifted for free product, where people will see it, not buried in a pile of hashtags.
No paid search on our nameDon’t bid on “BonVoyage”, misspellings of it or our web address in Google, Bing or any other search ads, and don’t use our name in a domain or handle.
No spamNo unsolicited messages or email, no comment spam and no posting your link or code where you weren’t invited, including coupon and deal sites.
No misleading claimsOnly say what’s true about the gear and the prices. No invented discounts, no claims we don’t make, and don’t present yourself as BonVoyage.

Program terms

The terms, in plain language

Version 2026-09-25. This is what you agree to when you apply or send us content.

1. Who we are

BonVoyage is operated by Zingo World Pty Ltd (ABN 79 231 531 384), Sandhurst, Victoria 3977, Australia. You can reach us at hello@bonvoyage-shops.com. “We” means us; “you” means the creator or affiliate.

2. Joining

Anyone 18 or over with a BonVoyage account can apply. There is no follower minimum. We review every application and may say no, and we tell you why. Being accepted makes you an independent affiliate, not an employee, agent or partner of ours.

3. What you earn

10% of the amount the shopper paid for the items in each order you refer, before tax. Shipping is free, so it is not part of the calculation.
An order is yours if the shopper uses your code at checkout, or buys within 30 days of opening your link (the 30-day cookie). If a shopper uses a code, the code decides whose sale it is.
The rate is fixed when the order is placed. If the rate ever changes, orders already placed keep the rate they earned.
Your own orders, and orders from accounts you control, don’t earn commission.
Buying a gift card doesn’t earn commission. The order that spends it can, like any other order.

4. When it’s confirmed

Commission is pending until the order’s 30-day return window closes. Then it is confirmed. An order that is refunded or canceled inside the window earns nothing. Once confirmed, commission is never taken back or deducted from a later payment.

5. Getting paid

We pay once a month, in US dollars, when your confirmed balance is over $50. A smaller balance rolls into the next month and does not expire. We pay to the details you give us, and you are responsible for any tax on what you earn. If you leave the program, we pay your confirmed balance in the next monthly run, whatever its size.

6. The rules

Disclose. Clearly mark every post that earns commission or features gear we gave you, using #ad, #affiliate or #gifted, and follow the advertising rules where you and your audience live.
No paid search on our brand. Don’t bid on “BonVoyage”, misspellings of it or bonvoyage-shops.com in any search ads, and don’t use our name in a domain, handle or ad account.
No spam. No unsolicited messages or email, no comment spam, and no posting your link or code on coupon or deal sites without our written OK.
No misleading claims. Only say what’s true about our products and prices. Don’t invent discounts or claims, and don’t present yourself as BonVoyage.

If you break a rule, we may remove you from the program and withhold commission earned by the activity that broke it. Commission you earned honestly is still paid.

7. Content you send us

When you send us photos or video through the upload page, you sign these statements for each file, before it uploads:

License. You own the content or have the right to license it, and you give Zingo World Pty Ltd a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, edit, crop and publish it on our website, emails, social accounts and ads. You keep ownership, and we credit you where the format allows.
Audio. Any music, voice or sound in it is yours or cleared for commercial use. A silent clip meets this.
People. Everyone who can be identified in it is an adult who agreed to be filmed and to this use.
Your likeness in paid ads. Only if you say yes. It is a separate choice, saying no still lets us use the content in our own posts and pages, and you can withdraw it by email at any time for new ads.

We review everything before it’s used and may decide not to use something. Ask us to stop using a piece of content and we will remove it from new placements within 30 days.

8. Ending

You can leave at any time by emailing us. We can end the arrangement at any time by email. Either way, confirmed commission is paid as described above.

9. Changes

If we change how you earn or get paid, we email you at least 14 days before it applies, and the version date above changes. Orders placed before a change keep the terms they were placed under.

10. The legal part

These terms sit alongside our terms of service and privacy policy, and are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Nothing here limits rights you have under the consumer laws of your own country.
