A point on every dollar, early access to drops, and a joining bonus — that is the plan, and this page is the plan written down.
The Crew is not open yet. Nothing on this page is running today: there are no accounts, no balances and nothing to spend. We would rather show you what we intend to build than pretend it already works.
Joining will take about nine seconds
When it opens it will ask for an email address and nothing else, and the Crew list and the Letter will stay separate, on purpose.
There is no sign-up form here yet. A form that took your address and quietly did nothing with it would be worse than no form at all, so it arrives when the programme does.
It will be free, leaving will take one click, and we will never sell your address.

The intended shape: no minimum spend, no blackout dates, no expiry, and applied at checkout in whatever size chunk you like.
We also want points to be giftable to another Crew account — useful if you're the one who always buys the bon voyage present.

Tier is based on what you've spent in a rolling twelve months. You never lose points when a tier resets.

Know someone with a trip booked?
The plan: you send a link, they get 15% off their first order, and $15 in credit lands on your account once it ships, with no cap on how many friends. Referral links do not exist yet.
How we intend it to work
The rules we plan to run, written down so you can hold us to them. None of them are in force yet.
Do points expire?
No. They sit on your account until you use them, including if you go quiet for a year.
What happens to points if I return something?
The points earned on the returned item come back off your balance. If you'd already spent them, the refund is reduced by that amount rather than sending you negative.
Can I use points and a discount code together?
Yes. Points are applied after any code, so a first-order 10% and your joining $5 both count.
Does the Crew mean more email?
Only what the programme needs — points, tier changes, early-access windows. The Letter is a separate list you opt into on its own. Joining one never signs you up for the other.
Can I close my account and keep my order history?
Yes. Email us and we'll remove you from the programme while leaving your orders and returns intact.
