Shipping Policy

BonVoyage is operated by Zingo World Pty Ltd (ABN 79 231 531 384). This policy explains where we ship, what it costs and how long it takes.
Prices and currency
All prices on this site are in US dollars (USD), and your card is charged in USD. If your card is in another currency, your bank converts it at its own rate.
Shipping costs
- Free standard shipping on orders of US$60 or more.
- US$5.95 standard shipping on orders under US$60.
The shipping cost is shown in your bag and again on the payment page before you pay.
Where we ship
We ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Ireland, the countries of the European Union, Switzerland, Norway, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Hong Kong, Japan, the Philippines and the United Arab Emirates. The payment page lists every country you can choose. If yours is not there, email us and we will tell you whether we can reach it.
How long it takes
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days. Estimated delivery after dispatch:
- United States: 3–5 business days
- United Kingdom and Europe: 5–8 business days
- Australia and New Zealand: 6–10 business days
- Everywhere else: 8–14 business days
These are estimates, not guarantees. Customs checks, holidays and courier delays can add time. Products ship from different warehouses, so an order with several items may arrive in more than one parcel.
Tracking
When your order ships we email you a tracking link. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to show movement.
Customs, duties and taxes
Some countries charge import duty or tax when a parcel arrives. These charges are set by your country's customs service, are not included in our prices, and are paid by the recipient to the courier.
Lost or damaged parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged, or tracking shows no movement for 10 business days, email us with your order number (and a photo if it is damaged). We will arrange a replacement or a refund. See our returns and refunds policy.
