This backpack isn't even close to 20 liters. It holds 5-6 1.5-liter water bottles plus some small items in the side pockets. That's why I requested a return.

I give 4 stars from 5, the shoulder straps are flimsy, the fabric is thin & there's no way that the little bag holds 20l of capacity volume. Having said that I paid only £3 for the bag & it will come in handy. Thanks to seller x
