Fast delivery, very good quality product. The sizes in the specification are accurate but note it is noticeably smaller than a brick-shaped backpack with the same sizes. The 17" size is perfect for a day of sightseeing, it fits a drink bottle, guidebook, 10" tablet, power bank, sandwich, raincoat, small camera + documents and still has room for small souvenirs. I am a little disappointed. The cross body strap is very short and just a bit larger people can not extend it enough. So it is very tight to wear. The pockets should be mirrored. Now, when you have the backpack on, and open a zipper, everything inside can easily fall out, because zippers are on the bottom side. Quality of the material is very good, the size is just right, but above properties are making this backpack clumsy to say the least.
