A point on every dollar, early access to drops, and a joining bonus, for anyone who has bought from us. That is the plan, and this page is the plan written down.
The Crew is not open yet. Points, tiers and balances are not running today: there is nothing to collect and nothing to spend. We would rather show you what we intend to build than pretend it already works. The one thing that is live is Refer a friend.
Who can join, and how
The Crew is for customers: you can join once you have bought something from us. When it opens it will ask for the email you ordered with and nothing else, and the Crew list and the Letter will stay separate, on purpose.
There is no sign-up form here yet. A form that took your address and quietly did nothing with it would be worse than no form at all, so it arrives when the programme does.
It will be free, leaving will take one click, and we will never sell your address.

The intended shape: no minimum spend, no blackout dates, no expiry, and applied at checkout in whatever size chunk you like.
We also want points to be giftable to another Crew account — useful if you're the one who always buys the bon voyage present.

Tier is based on what you've spent in a rolling twelve months. You never lose points when a tier resets.

Know someone with a trip booked?
Send them your link. They get 15% off their first order, and $15 in credit comes to you by email once it ships, with no cap on how many friends. A post that shares your link gets #ad, because it earns you credit.
Referral terms
Your friend gets 15% off the goods in their first order with us (not gift cards). It is for a first order only: an account or email address that has ordered before cannot use it. It cannot be combined with another discount code.
You get $15 credit for each friend whose first order ships. It arrives by email as a single-use gift card code, usable once at checkout, with no expiry. There is no cap on how many friends.
Your own link does not work for you: orders from your account, your email address or your delivery address earn nothing. If a friend’s order is cancelled before it ships, no credit is issued.
Sharing your link in a post, story or video? Put #ad where people see it first, because it earns you credit. We may switch off a link that is used to mislead people or to refer yourself.
How we intend it to work
The rules we plan to run, written down so you can hold us to them. None of them are in force yet.
Who can join?
Anyone who has bought something from us. Joining checks the email you ordered with. If you have not ordered yet, the Crew opens to you after your first order arrives.
Do points expire?
No. They sit on your account until you use them, including if you go quiet for a year.
What happens to points if I return something?
The points earned on the returned item come back off your balance. If you'd already spent them, the refund is reduced by that amount rather than sending you negative.
Can I use points and a discount code together?
Yes. Points are applied after any code, so a discount code and your joining $5 both count on your next order.
Posting about us? Say so.
If a post, story or video earns you something from us, say so in it. Use #ad when your referral link or code gets you credit, and #gifted when you're showing gear we gave you for free. Put it where people see it before they tap: in the caption's first line or on screen, not buried in a pile of hashtags. Follow the advertising rules where you and your audience live, too.
Paid creators follow the same rule, in section 6 of the creator terms: #ad or #affiliate for commission, #gifted for free product.
Does the Crew mean more email?
Only what the programme needs — points, tier changes, early-access windows. The Letter is a separate list you opt into on its own. Joining one never signs you up for the other.
Can I close my account and keep my order history?
Yes. Email us and we'll remove you from the programme while leaving your orders and returns intact.
