Returns

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

    If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

    Damages and issues
    Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


    Exceptions / non-returnable items
    Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

    Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


    Exchanges
    The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


    European Union 14 day cooling off period
    Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Return Process
  1. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at  hello@hello-shop.com.au with your order number and details about the product you wish to return.
  2. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to send back your package.
  3. Please ensure the item is securely packaged to avoid damage during transit.
Refunds
  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
  • If the item is returned in a condition different from how it was originally shipped, we reserve the right to issue only a partial refund.
Exchanges
  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at  hello@hello-shop.com.au for further instructions.
Shipping Costs
  • Return shipping costs are covered by Bon Voyage Shops for defective or incorrect items.
  • For other returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for refunds:
  • Gift cards
  • Items marked as final sale or clearance
  • Digital products
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
  1. First, check your bank account again.
  2. Then contact your credit card company—it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
