RETURNS
- You have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.
- Certain types of products cannot be returned, including perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers), custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (e.g., beauty products).
- We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
RETURN PROCESS
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@hello-shop.com.au with your order number and details about the product you wish to return.
- Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to send back your package.
- Please ensure the item is securely packaged to avoid damage during transit.
REFUNDS
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
- If the item is returned in a condition different from how it was originally shipped, we reserve the right to issue only a partial refund.
EXCHANGES
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at support@hello-shop.com.au
SHIPPING COSTS
- Return shipping costs are covered by Bon Voyage Shops for defective or incorrect items.
- For other returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
