Return/Refund Policy

At Bon Voyage Shops, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

RETURNS
  • You have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.
  • Certain types of products cannot be returned, including perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers), custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (e.g., beauty products).
  • We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
RETURN PROCESS
  1. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@hello-shop.com.au with your order number and details about the product you wish to return.
  2. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to send back your package.
  3. Please ensure the item is securely packaged to avoid damage during transit.
REFUNDS
  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
  • If the item is returned in a condition different from how it was originally shipped, we reserve the right to issue only a partial refund.
EXCHANGES
  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at support@hello-shop.com.au

SHIPPING COSTS

  • Return shipping costs are covered by Bon Voyage Shops for defective or incorrect items.
  • For other returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS
The following items are not eligible for refunds:
  • Gift cards
  • Items marked as final sale or clearance
  • Digital products
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
  1. First, check your bank account again.
  2. Then contact your credit card company—it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. If you've done all this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at support@hello-shop.com.au.
